Purchases to customers outside of New England are shipped via USPS Priority mailing within the USA.  Local area purchases may be shipped by regular USPS package rate.

Return policy

• Returns received within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt, including your credit card number, will be credited back to your credit card.

• Merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging, unless defective

• Handmade products may have variations in finish, color and are not returnable.

Return procedure

•  Email smile@whistleemporium.com  explaining the reason for your return, and assuring us that the product is in “as new” condition.

•  We will issue a return authorization code to include in your  return package.

•  You are responsible for carefully packing and shipping the product back to us.  

• Credit will be issued in the form of payment of original transaction after return is received and processed.
